About

About Glowora

Glowora is a modern beauty and lifestyle inspiration platform for women who love hair, nails, makeup, skincare, fashion and home décor.

Who runs Glowora

Glowora is an independent beauty and lifestyle publication produced by a small remote editorial team covering hair, nails, makeup, skincare, fashion and home décor. The site was started because beauty inspiration online is easy to find but hard to act on: endless images, very little practical detail. Our editors each own a category, research it continuously and test what they recommend. You can reach the team directly at rafiullahkhanranakhail@gmail.com.

Our mission

Glowora exists to make beauty inspiration easier to find and easier to act on. Every guide is written to answer a real question — what to ask your stylist, which shade suits your undertone, how to make a manicure last — rather than to simply list pretty pictures.

Who we write for

Our readers are women aged 18 to 45 across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe who use Pinterest as a visual search engine and want trustworthy detail behind the inspiration.

How our articles are researched and written

  1. We start from real search and Pinterest demand — the questions readers are actually asking about a look, technique or product.
  2. We research primary sources: professional stylists and estheticians we speak to, manufacturer ingredient documentation, and published dermatology guidance where relevant.
  3. Products are used by an editor before they appear in a recommendation box. If we have not tested something, we say so and the link stays off.
  4. A second editor reviews the draft for accuracy, then the piece is published with a named author and a visible last-updated date.
  5. Guides are revisited at least every 6 months, or sooner when a formulation, price or trend changes.

Why you can trust our recommendations

  • Every article carries a real byline, author role and short bio.
  • Affiliate and sponsored links are labelled, and commissions never affect a ranking.
  • We publish corrections rather than quietly editing a claim away.
  • Our content is inspiration and general information — never a substitute for advice from a dermatologist, trichologist or licensed professional.

Editorial standards

  • Every guide is written or reviewed by a beauty editor.
  • Product recommendations are tested before they are published.
  • Affiliate relationships never influence a rating or ranking.
  • Guides are revisited and updated as trends and formulations change.
