Our response

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. We will remove or disable access to the material and notify the contributor where applicable.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed content's URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court where you reside. We may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright are removed from Glowora, and we may report abuse of this process.
